2. Information only
The Website, including articles in our Insights section, provides general information about Quonnex, our services and the e-commerce environment. It is not legal, tax, customs, regulatory or financial advice, and it may not reflect the latest developments after its publication date. You should obtain professional advice before acting on any information on the Website.
Nothing on the Website is an offer capable of acceptance. Any services we provide are subject to a separate written agreement. Submitting an enquiry or booking a call does not create a contract between you and us.

The Website and its content, including text, images, graphics, logos and the names Quonnex, Solécru, Quotidian and Bakebaking, are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by the Copyright Ordinance (Cap. 528), the Trade Marks Ordinance (Cap. 559) and other laws. You may view, download and print pages for your own internal, non-commercial reference. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, modify or use any content for commercial purposes, or use our trade marks, without our prior written permission.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:

You are responsible for the information you submit through our forms and booking pages and confirm that it is accurate and that you are entitled to provide it. We handle personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
6. Third-party websites
The Website may link to third-party websites, including marketplaces, regulators and news sources. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. A link does not mean we endorse a site.
7. Availability
We aim to keep the Website available and accurate, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the Website at any time without notice.
8. Limitation of liability

You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and costs arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the Website, to the extent permitted by law.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page, with its effective date, applies to your use of the Website at that time.
11. Third-party rights
A person who is not a party to these terms has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Cap. 623) to enforce any of them.
